Join us for this four course, spectacular dinner at Lark!
“Local Chefs for Local Farms” seeks to deepen the connection between consumers and the source of their food and teach the benefits and challenges – social, economic and physical – of eating and growing local, organic food. Along with fine cuisine prepared by local chefs, guests participate in a panel discussion with the chef, a local farmer and Trust staff. Tickets are $125 each and all proceeds go towards PCC Farmland Trust's mission of preserving and stewarding endangered farmland in Washington.
