![]() A Tribute To Pastor Ron EmmonsBy: Ann Monaghan
December 27, 2010
The volunteers of the Crime Victims "Emergency" Legal and Medical Assistance Fund, would like to take this opportunity to pay special tribute to an honorable, compassionate, and truly benevolent man, Pastor Ron Emmons of the Orting Christian Church, who was called to his heavenly home on October 24th 2010.
Several of us worked with Pastor Ron on various fund raising and charitable ventures, and, upon hearing of our interest in starting an organization to assist "innocent Victims" of violent crime and corruption, Pastor Ron firmly stated that he "wholeheartedly believed in, and fully supported our goals, and would assist us in every way he could" . . . he truly provided the inspiration for us to establish this much needed charitable organization. Pastor Ron was planing to initiate several fund raising events to benefit our organization prior to his death, but unfortunately, his time was cut short and he was unable to fulfill his goals. Pastor Ron's help and guidance will be greatly missed by all of us who are striving to achieve these goals. We again extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, the members of his congregation, and the entire community of Orting. Pastor Ron Emmons will be greatly missed by all who have the good fortune to meet him, to know him, and to call him their friend! While there are other charities out there that assist victims of rape and domestic violence . . . there was a verifiable lack of assistance available for true "innocent victims" of violent crime and severe corruption. These individuals have not only been victimized by the perpetrators (evil doers), but in most cases, also by law enforcement, and the legal system as well. Our organization seeks to raise funds to assist these forgotten innocent victims, with legal fees, medical and prescription payments, and, to provide other basic needs as required. We sincerely hope that all communities and businesses of Washington State will join together and aid us in this worthwhile endeavor. Our Federal Non-Profit EIN number is 90-0616743, and we are currently working on the necessary paperwork to receive our full 501(3)c status - but, in the mean time, we are moving forward to assist needy local victims. We are currently helping several individuals, but our most devastated family are small business owners, who were targeted by members of an extremist religious cult, and to date, these good people have been illegally extorted thereof approximately $253,000.00, through the illegal and immoral use of a loop hole in a little known Washington State Law. These parties have been grossly failed by the District and Superior Courts of that County - where all of their known civil and constitutional rights have been violated . . . by the Appellate Court and Supreme Court of Washington, who are both dragging their feet with respect to their meritorious appeals, and refusing to issue the needed temporary injunctions . . . and, by law enforcement officials who have failed to protect them from the verifiable threats against their lives. These good innocent christian people now need to seek the assistance of higher authorities, in an valid attempt to obtain justice, and recover something in this unconscionable, fraudulent and invented matter that has been perpetrated against them. As a point of interest, the gentleman in question recently suffered a heart attack (as a direct result of the actions and threats of the opposing parties), and continues to suffer from additional severe complications and resulting conditions - whereas they could not even afford to purchase the prescribed medicines that were desperately needed to aid in his recovery. These innocent victims, that have been targeted by true evil doers, have had their personal and business vehicles vandalized, and their business assets and personal belongings stolen under the guise of law. They have been stalked (hunted), harassed, slandered, defamed, libeled, maligned, assaulted, threatened with bodily harm and/or death, and, have been the verifiable targets of true acts of "Domestic Terrorism"! They are now verifiably indigent (without any monies), insolvent (without any means), and disenfranchised (without any source of income), and therefore, are desperately in need of your help. Furthermore, they are now homeless, and forced to live in an RV that has also been vandalized by the afore referenced evil doers, and, it is now imminent that they will lose the last of their belongings that they were forced to place in a storage shed. They are now unable to make the monthly payments, and without a miracle, their belongings totaling over $25,000.00 will be auctioned off the first week of January for the lack of being able to pay a measly $357.00. We are asking each of you, to assist us in helping these innocent victims, by making a donation to the "Crime Victims Emergency Legal and Medical Assistance Fund" at any branch of US Bank, . . . or, you can mail your donations to the Crime Victims Assistance Fund, 18710 Meridian E., Suite 115 - Box 112, Puyallup, WA 98373. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated, and quickly appropriated directly to our clients per their verifiable needs. Our organization is staffed solely by volunteers, and there are NO paid employees. With the exception of telephone, mileage and postage expenses . . . ALL funds that are donated go directly to aid our needy clients. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at (253) 970-8271, or email us at crimevictimsfund@gmail.com These victims, and our other clients, will not be celebrating Christmas this year, as they cannot provide for even their most basic needs. In addition to financial assistance, they are all in need of help with the following: (1) AT&T Go Phone prepaid phone cards - so that they will be able to stay in compliance with Court contact requirements, look for work, and attempt to find assistance with food, etc. (2) Gift Cards for Gas Stations - so that they are able to drive to the courts for processing and hearings, shop for groceries, medical appointments, etc. (3) Gift Cards for stores such as Wal-Mart, Safeway, Fred Meyer, etc.- so that they can purchase toilet paper, personal care items, pet foods, etc. (4) Small amounts of cash for copying and faxing documents, etc. Please help us to carry on the charitable work that Pastor Ron Emmons has inspired us to do! |
