Position Profile:
Business Solutions Center is currently looking for career-oriented individuals to help provide entry-level office support services to all the businesses around Orting area. The Front Counter Specialist's primary focus is building relationships with customers while providing support for our customers’ business and personal office related needs. In this position you will be responsible for providing copy/print services, mail services, shipping and other office related tasks. This is a part time position. Job Duties / Responsibilities: • Runs copy machines and performs binding and finishing work. • Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems. • Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed. • Print customer’s orders from files via email, thumb drives, disks, or however they are presented. • Cash out customers when they have purchased an item, copies or shipping. • Packing customers items, followings shipping rules for packing items – including selecting correct box, packing materials, securing customers items. • Fax customers requested papers. • Sort incoming mail and packages. • Basic store maintenance, which includes light housekeeping. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs, a High School Diploma or equivalent experience. • Exceptional customer service skills are a must! • Related copy/mail/clerical experience is preferred.
