Orting HS Cross Country at State

Congratulations to the Orting High School Girls Cross Country team members: Kayleigh McCoy, Elisha Parslow, and Laura Kostad for participating in the state 1A girls Cross Country Meet at Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco, WA, last Saturday, November 5, 2011. Kayleigh took 9th out of the 143 girls in the race, with Elisha right behind at 13, and Laura close behind that at 42nd.

For the boys, Jasper Heckman came in at 29, and Tyler Blankenship was 71st out of the143 runners in their race.

Congratulations again, what a great season!
