I am writing this letter to let all of Orting, (and anyone else that reads these pages) know about a business that is less than hospitable and not to be trusted. Simply Sunsational the tanning business in the Safeway shopping center does not stand by their word and can care less about the patrons. I signed up with them in July 2011. In September I had issues that caused me to have to stop going there to tan. When I spoke with the staff about discontinuing my membership I was talked into freezing my membership. For $5.00 a month my membership would be put on hold and if I came back I would not have to pay the starter fee again. I agreed to this and thought all was okay. In January I was getting my tax information together and while auditing my bank account I noticed that they had never changed the amount to $5.00 instead they were still charging me $59.60. A total of 298.00. I called and spoke with Jason Fast (the so-called owner). Per Jason he would look into it and call me back. A few days later I received a call from Jason and he said he had looked into it and would be sending me a refund minus 59.60 for the third month per my contract. I agreed and he said he would send the refund the next day. I waited several days for the refund to no avail. I then called Mr. Fast several time and left messages. I did not hear back from him. Until yesterday 2/7/2012, I received a letter and a check, Not in the amount we agreed on but for only 59.60. With a letter that states no one remembers talking to me and that my so called contract said I had to cancel in writing. I immediately called the number on the letter I asked the person on the phone to have Mr. Fast return my call. I received his call this morning and he was mean and short with me and completely went against our previous conversation. HE said that no one at the store remembered speaking to me. Of course they are going to say that, they messed up! I am contacting the better business bureau regarding this company and I suggest that anyone think twice before going to this place.
