lKari and Mike Otis are the greatest!! When I was ill and needed some help sending flowers they were right there for me. I used them for the 20 years we lived in Orting and still treasure some of the vases I bought from Kari. Miss you guys, they can't quite grow those fushias in Utah but we have killer roses and lilacs!! Miss you two! Amy Meighan, Roy UTAH- the land of much sunshine and little rain, hurrah!!

I met these people during the chocolate run. I asked him if he gave a military discount and his response was something like....no, why would a militarty discount be any different from any other organization discount. Since we are patriotic, military family and completely support our troops....this was the WRONG answer. Never went back and never will. I am sorry to hear about the bahavior of some of our community's business reps. It's a darn shame that honesty doesn't always prevail.

No one has condemned who they are as people. What has been condemned was what they have done. We all sure hope this does not happen to anyone else. Glad you have had such a great experience with them, we had a rotten one. It's not fair that money is owed to us and nothing was received to us with the money many members of the family gave to this place. The tuxedos are a completely different transaction than the flowers. You cannot go against your policy and keep all the money. That is theft.

This is really sad that a small town buisness would not refund $ owed reguardless of the situation. I have never been to pleased with their poor quality of work anyways, so i have steered clear as well. What exactly gives them the right to keep the $ for the tuxedos, reguardless of the flower situation? Sounds like some greedy business owners. Good luck to both families. Deepest sympathies. This just proves my feeling twords them even more and will be spreading the word.

I would steer clear of Orting Floral. I made an FTD purchase for my wife for our anniversary that Orting Floral filled. Not only were the flowers wilted, they downgraded the vase and arrangement to something smaller and less attractive (cheap materials). FTD did refund my money, but I will never allow Orting Floral to fill any orders in the future. Their green thumb is the color of money only. Good luck to your brother's wedding plans, I hope it all works out for them.

that is such a kind gesture heckabomb. But we are not asking for a charity. We just want it known publicly, what this "company" has done. They have come up with their own stories since this has happened. Saying the wedding has been cancelled twice, and much more, calling us thieves because we wasted their time, etc. We just want what is fair, right and moral. I have decided to make this an issue the moment they claimed they were not "dealing" with us anymore.
