THE TRAIL AND THE LAW

After reading the comments on the Trail , I feel I must respond to the problem . We live on 197 Ave E where the trail crosses our shared driveway with 8 others. A few months ago our truck was hit by a man on his bike who didn't stop at the stop sign. Today we were almost hit again as we crossed over the trail pulling a flat bed trailer. It has gotten worse since the barrier post have been removed and now we have vehicles going on the trail. Why the barriers were removed we have no idea.When the county came out to mow along the trail the bike riders were very careless and it's a wonder that no one was hit , the opertor of the mower was very upset by the attitude of the trail users. Something has to done before someone is badly hurt.
