HUGE FUNDRAISER YARD SALE BENEFITS MOPS AND SMILE

Come celebrate our Country’s freedom by supporting local moms! This Multi-Family sale has something for everyone- toys, books, kitchen appliances, dishes, tools, electronics and much, much more! Don’t need anything? Stop by to encourage us and enjoy the lemonade stand run by the children! Donations of items and money are gladly accepted.

The sale proceeds are to sponsor two non-profit groups for local women. Three local women, Keren Fenton, Nickie Robbs and Maureen McNinch are seeking to raise funds through this community yard sale to attend MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) National Convention in September 2009. This event is the largest gathering of MOPS leaders, with over 5,000 women attending in Nashville, TN.
Geannie Meckler, the founder of S.M.I.L.E. (Single Moms In Need of Loyal Encouragement), is raising funds to jumpstart this non-profit designed to encourage and help single moms in the area.

MOPS International exists to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a woman, mother and leader in the name of Jesus Christ. They also have format to meet the distinct needs of all moms in all phases of life with the following MOPS formats - MOPS@ for working moms, Teen MOPS, Military MOPS, and Hispanic MOPS.
