HOLIDAY BAZAAR DEC. 5-6

Orting Valley Senior Center offers home-baked goodies, home-made necessities and beautiful must-haves just in time for the holidays.

The tradition of this local bazaar is to offer a venue only to local artisans offering their own work. Included in the collection this season are homemade wooden wall and desk clocks, pottery with a practical edge, gemstone jewelry and knitted items like only your grandma can make.

The bazaar runs two days -- Friday, Dec. 5 through Saturday, Dec. 5; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Orting Senior Center, 120 Washington Ave. N., just across the street from the new Orting Station in North Park. Soup and hotdogs are available from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. both days Raffle drawing is at 3 p.m. Saturday.
