ORTING GIRLS SOCCER HAVE BIG WEEK!!!

The Orting Girls Soccer Team recorded 2 wins this week by defeating Cascade Christian on Tuesday 2-0 and power house Charles Wright on Thursday 2-1. The 2 wins puts Orting in tie with Seattle Christian for first place with a 4-0-1 record. Orting has won 5 straight to go 5-1-1. Key players include Acacia Johnson with 10 goals and 6 assists, Haley Withers with 8 goals and 4 assists. Goal Keeper Kayley Pingeon has 3 shutouts thus far this season. The Strong defense of Lacey Reed, Faith Montgoery, Skylar Macadangdang, and Ariel Peters have held their opponents to just 9 goals in the first 7 games. Next week the Lady Cardinals host Chimacum on tuesday at 6 and the Alumni game on Thursday at 6:30.
