Cardinals Crush Cedar Park Christian

For the fifth week in a row the Number Five ranked Orting Cardinals simply crushed their opponent. With a final score of 53 to 14, the Cardinals saw their already strong multi-facated offense spawn more talent in the form of Braden Cordes who thrilled the home field with three touches on the ball and 101 yards rushing with two touchdowns.

Grant Angle continued his on-field domination with a 111 yard performance and three touchdowns on 12 carries.

"Orting is awesome!" said Megan Bunker before playing soccer on Lion's Field Saturday morning. "Me and all my friends watched the Cardinals. My family was there too! They were awesome!"

After speaking to Megan, all the nine year olds on the field began chanting a new familiar chorus..."Aggressive, let's be aggressive!"

We are officially past the halfway point of the regular season. Some teams have only four games left before the postseason begins. Orting is currently ranked 5th in the state.
