SHELBY STIELOW WINS MISS PIERCE COUNTY'S OUTSTANDING TEEN

Shelby Stielow won the title of Miss Pierce County's Outstanding Teen 2010 on Saturday, March 6. Shelby has lived in Orting for 10 years and attends Orting High School. The competition consists of several catagories, including private interview, evening gown, physical fitness and talent. Girls compete for scholarship money to help pay for college. The Miss Pierce County's Outstanding Teen Scholarship program is an official preliminary of the Miss Washington and Miss America's Oustanding Teen Scholarship Organizations. Shelby will go on to compete in the Miss Washington's Oustanding Teen Pageant in May.
