Comment #12: Motorcycles travel through our great little city in the woods all the time. there is NO reason not to take a chance to capture a couple of thier hard earned money in our local businesses. I for one would much rather show support and have them stop than having them drive through and bypass that spending opportunity.

The influx of unsafe motorcyclists disregarding speed limits and doing wheelies down 162 and Calistoga are not only a danger, but a nuisance to enjoying the peace of our property. We moved to Orting to enjoy the peace and quiet of a small town; not to listen to the incessant buzz of motorcycles and witness constant dangerous driving.

Comment #9: A well behaved crowd & the event seemed organized & run well.. These riders come through Orting all the time cause of our bike friendly roads, good thinking getting them to stop awhile in town! Thanks Eagles.

Comment #8: I think it was genius to tap into a group that travels through Orting all the time but usually doesn't stop. The Big O was organized well to get people into local businesses. Thanks to Dick Ford for organizing the event and to the Eagles for sponsoring it.

Comment #7: I think both the Big "O"poker run and the Kingsmen's car club "Orting 500" poker run are great assets for our community. Now if we can only get our leaders to pave the parking lots at the original downtown Park and quit funneling all the funds to the North Park. Our main Park should be our flagship in Orting. The owners of these vehicles have millons of $'s invested in these cars and M/C's and have to park them in dirt. Wake up city leaders.

Comment #2: What a great deal The Big O was! My kids and I went to the breakfast at the Eagles, and all the riders were very friendly and approachable. Loved hearing the roar of the bikes as they left and came back to town. So many bikes were beautiful...like works of art rolling down the road.
