ORTING FOOD BANK GEARING UP FOR ANNUAL SPRING GALA FUNDRAISER!

The Orting Food bank will be hosting its annual Spring Gala Fundraiser on May 18, 2013 at High Cedars Golf Course. Our local Food Bank provides food to individuals whose lives are impacted by hunger in our area. During this fundraiser we will be holding a silent and live auction. All proceeds from this event will be used to support the Orting Food Bank’s work in our local community. In order to meet our mission and provide services in our community, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support.

We are in the process of collecting merchandise for the event and would greatly appreciate any support you can provide. We will gladly accept items you received as gifts and can’t use, gift cards you don’t plan on using, services you’d like to offer, even time-shares, resort trips, spa packages, etc. We will be making gift baskets for the event and are in need of supplies to make the baskets and items in a variety of themes to fill them. Just about anything new or like new can be used. Your tax deductible contribution will help the Orting Food Bank continue to help make life better for individuals in need, right here in our community.
