Vote Yes for Orting Schools

Many of you received your ballot this week, inside you will find the Orting School District Levy initiative and we are asking for your support. Your support means that you are saying yes to continuously improved learning for students and teachers, updated and quality curriculum and instructional materials, technology, low or no cost sports and enrichment programs, reduced class sizes, transportation, facility maintenance and so much more.

This year's levy amount is over $1,000,000 less than what the state allows us to ask for. We are the only district in our region that does not ask for the maximum amount. While we have asked for a slight increase, that increase equals a cup of coffee per month per family. We believe our children are worth it.
